What is a Rebuilt Coach?

Rebuilt offers training for two types of coaching.
Recovery Coaches
Our recovery coaches have been through recovery and chosen to invest their time and lives in individuals who wish to participate in a Rebuilt Recovery journey. Most twelve-step programs allow anyone who has completed their steps to sponsor another through their program. Rebuilt is slightly different. Not everyone who completes a journey will become a coach. If you wish to coach others through a journey, we put you through a brief training program. This helps ensure all of our coaches maintain the heart and integrity of the original purpose of Rebuilt, and prevents confusion about guidelines and actions a coach can take. Every recovery coach has someone they can confide in for help and encouragement, a coach's guide to walk them through each lesson, additional tools, and a resource directory for additional outside help for the sojourner as needed for their journey. Rebuilt Mentors
Rebuilt recovery coaches have the opportunity for advanced training as Christian life coaches. Some people do not wish to go on a journey, but need guidance through difficult times in life. Mentoring is an effective tool for gaining advice and direction in your life. Mentors, trained through Rebuilt, offer biblical and practical counsel for life situations. Their training includes time management, conflict resolution, spiritual warfare, biblical counsel, decision making, relationships, dealing with specific incidences of loss, grief, anxiety, depression, and so on. This requires a significant investment of time and is a means of income for the coach, therefore, the service is not free.
